It helps project-driven engineering organizations manage and share documents and control document distribution and tracking in collaboration with internal and external contacts.

The Cloud Solution is especially beneficial to companies that are unable to setup and maintain an on-premise infrastructure, that collaborate with a substantial external supply chain, that are looking for a flexible and scalable solution or that prefer a solution based on operational instead of capital expenses.

Each company has a dedicated and secure environment on a hosted SharePoint infrastructure. It allows setting up one or more sites for engineering document management and control and to invite internal and external contacts to collaborate. The solution includes functionality for engineering document management, transmittal management and workflow management. It allows managing CAD drawings, Office documents and Email from your enterprise, projects or assets. It includes SharePoint best practice site templates based on industry experience, but also allows configuring the environment according to specific requirements.

The Cadac Organice Cloud Solution is based on SharePoint, a standard and open platform. This introduces a unique hybrid solution concept. It allows managing part of your documentation in an on-premise environment and another part in the cloud, while working seamlessly and transparently in both environments.
