Injected and compressed magnets
Injection or compression molding makes it possible to mix plastic materials with powders with higher or lower charges of Barium or Strontium carbonate, Cobalt Samarium and Neodymium. This allows us to obtain personalized magnetic mixtures with the required residual induction and coercive force.
This innovation allows also to produce magnets characterized by reduced size tolerances and high mechanical solidity, but above all it allows to overmold other plastic and/or metal parts (rotors, stators, supporting rods and so on).
