For reasons of cleaning and management, it is always better to present on the market, on behalf of the glassmakers, of the bottles arranged in pack and protected from a heat-retractable film.

To release the bottles of this film and to feed them on the line of filling, CAMWOOD proposes a solution automated with an automatic depackor MANDELEVIUM. The structure, extremely compact out of stainless steel, uses simple and sure movements, managed by an automat in series.

The cut of film is carried out by three elastic and heating blades; the first blade cuts the lateral sides. The upper part of cut film is raised and held positively by grips. The mechanical projection of the pack makes it possible to release the bottles of film while continuing to advance on the platform.
At this time, the pack is surrounded by walls which prevent the fall of the bottles; the platform is raised and the film is held laterally by claws, allowing the complete release of the bottles which are thorough towards a plan of exit.
The grips block film on the platform which, released of the bottles, turns over in low position. A second couple of grips takes film and transports it towards two toothed wheels which guarantee the expulsion of the machine mechanically of it.
