Linear volumetric liquid filler

The bottle-filling machine "L" is equipped with a linear system of filling. Proportioning is carried out by positive-displacement pumps with micrometric adjustment. The filling is very adapted to the foaming products and accepts different typological (liquids, milks, oils, lotions, creams, shampoos...). To transport and select the containers (bottles, pots, cups...), the bottle-filling machine "L" is equipped with an endless screw in entry.

In order to increase to the maximum quality and the precision of proportioning, of the rotary bushels were arranged in order to allow a great reliability the level of the sealing and the filling is carried out by nozzles with valves ordered with movement of filling controlled by "follower of level". This technology is very adapted to the products foaming thanks to the movement of the nozzles which progressively support a filling obtained starting from the bottom with increase of the nozzle.

Perfect accessibility between the zone of transport of the bottles and the frame of the machine as well as the carpet of transport with the base made out of stainless support and guarantee a particularly easy cleaning and an inspection.

Give rhythm mechanical: up to 120 cycles/minute.
