Palletizer "ZP1" has a structure with "gantry" conferring particularly to him qualities of rigidity and solidity. Conceived by the CAMWOOD group like palletizer of line, it was carried out in order to guarantee total safety for the operators and to offer an obstruction minimum.

The programming and the use of this palletizer are simple and fast. The use of a PC makes it possible to visualize all the principal functions and offers all the possibilities of management of the data. The products are deposited and put in layers according to the plans seized by data-processing programming, with direct interface with the program WRAPS PACK®.Il is possibile to store up to 99.999 configurations of demounting on pallet.

The motorizations of the troix Cartesian axes of drive, managed by "CNC" (even device that installed on the machine tools), allow a maximum speed of work up to 14 cycles/minute. Thanks to the "CNC", the linear interpolation of the axes is possible, which allows an acceleration and a deceleration in slope, which thus guarantees an unlimited life with the machine elements. In addition, the rotation movement of the product carried out by the head of taking away is dissociated from that of the main axes, becoming thus one 4th axis.
