To satisfy the requirements of encaissage vertical products whose handling is delicate such as: bottles, bottles, vases, sachets, etc. , CAMWOOD designed model "SMV". While guaranteeing the standards CAMWOOD robustness reliability, this machine was designed so as to offer small overall dimensions and a great accessibility. Separation between the parts of mechanical drive and the parts of transport of the products/case-paperboard, guarantees an inspection and a cleaning facilitated of encaisseuse, in the strict respect of standards GMP.

The taking away and the setting in volume of the case-paperboard are carried out in a way "positive and forced" by the mechanical movement of will deuxbras provided with suction cups.

The products to be conditioned are gathered, possibly by layers, according to the plans memorized by electronic programming. The configuration of each layer, with possible additional formats, is seized on the control panel and then memorized. The process of taking away and insertion of the products is carried out using a motorization "brush-less" which makes it possible to obtain raised speeds of conditioning, while guaranteeing a great stability with the products. The closing of the case-paperboard can be realized by adhesive tape, with kraft paper which can be moistened or by application of adhesive hot-melt or vinyl.
