The products in multiple clothes industries of food industry and pâtissière require a specific packing more and more allowing their forwarding and, then, their setting in ray in the sales outlets. This requires solutions of packaging quiassurent at the same time, the protection of the product during transport, the facility of opening of the clothes industry and the flow of packing, a good esthetic aspect and a moderate cost.

Conditionneuse model CAMWOOD "FCE" makes it possible to carry out this type of completely automatic conditioning of manner and on only one work unit.

From two cuttings flat - charged on two stores opposite with great capacity (form wrap-around with collagehot-melt by centralized applicator) it machine "FCE" receives and gathers the number of products in the provision envisaged, positions them on the first cutting will quiconstituera the bottom (plate on close-cropped ouhauts and profiled board), then transfers the regrouping to the successive station. The lid, consisted the second cutting, is then laid out on the clothes industry. The assembly of the bottom and the lid can be stabilized with additional points of collehotmeit. It is possible to treat the products most disparate (stick, pots, flow-packs. convex and flat-bottomed sachets, etc...) by the means of automatic feeders personalized for chaqueproduit.

Machine FCE lays out of a structure "balconnet = from which the bodies of advance of the product and confectionsont placed in front of the machine and are, consequently, easily accessible to the operator for all the operations from adjustment, maintenance and cleaning.
