Camel Grinding Wheels
Thrufeed - the workpiece passes between the grinding and the regulating
wheels, from one side of the machine to the other.
Infeed - the workpiece is placed on the work-rest between the grinding
and the regulating wheels and held in position against the end-stop.
Endfeed - used to produce tapered cylindrical parts. The grinding
wheel, the regulating wheel and the work blade are set in fixed
relation to each other, and the workpiece fed from the front to a fixed
end-stop.
CGW offers a wide range of dimensions in centreless and regulating wheels:
Centreless wheels:
Diameter - up to 25" (635mm)
Thickness - up to 20" (500mm)
Regulating wheels:
Diameter - up to 14" (350mm)
Thickness - up to 20" (500mm)
