Principal of Operation

Servo reducers are design to increase output torque of a servo motor without sacrificing the desired performance of the servomotor. The reducer needs to be stiff, come close to zero backlash, and perform at the desired speed and torque.

The planetary design concentrates maximum contact between gear teeth of three independent helical gears with a center load gear. The gears are tempered for wear-resistance and core hardness.
