In the moulded polyurethane sector there is an ever growing demand for high-pressure metering machines which combine simplicity of management, high technical & quality standards, efficiency and reliability, with the need to keep investment costs low.
New Cannon “A-Compact” has been developed to give a concrete response to these requirements. These models are often the ideal solution to solve the production problems of small and medium-sized businesses, which are extremely rationalised but at the same time have high technical & technological contents.
Apart from particular types of application which use filled or reinforced materials, the “A-Compact” models are now widespread and used to produce an extensive range of polyurethane foams in the most varied of applications: from rigid low-density polyurethanes for thermal insulation to flexible foam cushioning for automotive & furniture industries, from synthetic wood to integral leather.
“A-Compact” units are more logical & immediate for those customers who intend to replace the low-pressure machines with a more modern and environmentally friendly technology. Chlorinated solvents are not any more used to wash the heads and a significant raw material saving can be achieved.
The compact & rational design means that all machine modules - tanks, metering and electric panel - can be positioned on a single base, while the open structure allows excellent accessibility to all the parts for their easy maintenance and cleaning.
