Cannon LN linear, straight, self-cleaning mixing heads are particularly easy to maintain and operate. It has been developed for specific applications, such as cavity filling or sandwich panel production. Cannon LN 5, our smallest model, is incredibly easy to handle and suited for the narrowest injection holes. The most common use is in automotive acoustic cavity filling or in thermoware insulation. The bigger models achieve an outstanding flow rate, suitable for the production of large parts, such as sandwich panels in low-density rigid foam. Its simple mechanical assembly ensures long-lasting operation even in critical manufacturing environments. The different models’ wide range of flow rates makes it the ideal choice for most common polyurethane applications, mainly for rigid foam production demanding quality and reliability.
