The Cannon Group manufacture and sell worldwide complete continuous line for the production of sandwich insulation metal panels being used by the cold chain industry and the civil and industrial building. The panels can be produced with a maximum thickness of 250 mm and either flexible sub-layer (for instance made with: paper, cardboard and felt, centesimal aluminium sheet, etc.) or rigid sub-layer of trimmed metal sheet, are available fully equipped with:

- unwinding machine for rolls and metal sheet junctions
- trimming unit with fast shaping equipment change
- raw material storage and feeding plant
- dosing and mixing multi-components units for PU foaming with alternative low environmental impact blowing agents
- loading, cutting and handling line for the mineral wool mattresses, equipped with automatic fibre positioning group
- dosing unit for adhesives to get stuck the polyurethane alternative insulating materials used to fill the continuous panel during the production process
- mixing head handling system for polyurethane distribution, available with an automatic head quick change device
- polymerisation system with a double conveyor and estimated output capacity between 3-30 m/min
- sectional side restriction devices
- precision cutting equipment: available either with bend saw or circular blade cutting group
- intermediate automatic storage system for the panels cooling
- automatic line for the unloading, capsizing and stacking of the finished panels
