The Cannon Forma Powerform Series provides total versatility across many applications. Powerform machines are currently in use in manufacture of such products as refrigerators, luggage, sanitary ware, automotive components, domestic doors and building products.
The specification of the Powerform range is particularly flexible, as are their levels of automation - these machines can be tailored exactly to suit customers' individual requirements. Each machine is easy to customise, ensuring maximum value for money, and can be specified to meet virtually any thermoforming task. Both pressure forming and twin sheet forming versions are available.
In addition to the Powerform machine itself, customers can choose an automatic sheet loader and product unloader as an option. Almost any sheet sizes can be accommodated to order, but the standard range of Powerform machines are available to suit the following maximum sheet sizes:
- pf 1010 (1000mm x 1000mm)
- pf 1210 (1250mm x 1000mm)
- pf 1510 (1500mm x 1000mm)
- pf 1512 (1500mm x 1250mm)
- pf 2010 (2000mm x 1000mm)
- pf 2212 (2250mm x 1250mm)
- pf 2515 (2500mm x 1500mm)
- pf 3015 (3000mm x 1500mm)
