Cannon Forma has become particularly respected for its leading Twin Sheet Forming Technology, having pioneered what many consider to be the world's highest quality system, available on its Powerform and Rotaryform machines. This method allows customers to produce hollow parts with perfectly formed welds, which can then be machined back to the product surface without any reduction of the weld strength.
Needless to say, different thicknesses and colours of material can be used one each side of the forming, and there is a choice of mould closing systems to match product requirements. Customers can select uprated pneumatics for simple twin sheet forming, or hydraulic systems which offer the flexibility to include pressure forming as part of the same process.
