Description
The model RC40 has been conceived to properly grind
the brake shoe diameter, with regards to the internal diameter of the drum, of the different types of cars and light commercial vehicles brake shoes, in order to obtain the perfect matching between shoe and drum for the full braking efficiency from the beginning .
Grinding
Grinding is executed for only one shoe per time.
The shoe to be machined is clamped on the working trolley and, after setting the previously taken internal diameter of the drum, it is placed by the abrasive rotating roller for grinding the whole surface.

The body of the machine is made of cast iron
The machine bed is a sheet metal structure .
