The model CM130 executes the end-machining on one side of the workpiece by using 3 spindles which are positioned and controlled by the NC unit on two axis (“X” and “Z” axis). It can be used to execute facing (by milling), chamfering, neck turning, centering, drilling and tapping on bars or tubes..
Engineered to execute only end-machining, it combines power and rigidity with the availability of a Control Panel conceived for an easy and friendly programming.
The standard version of CM13O is equipped with one spindle ISO50 and two spindles ISO40 with hydraulic unclamping device. The working unit is mounted on an independent cast iron saddle which is moved above integral hardened steel guideways by means of precision ballscrews and Brushless motors. The units can be moved on the longitudinal (Z) and transversal (X) NC axis
The bed is manufactured of a thick section heavy duty steel plate, electro-welded and normalized, and above it are fixed the two guideways. The steel bed has been expressively designed with internal evacuation chutes in order to convey the chips towards the integrated conveyor.
A self-centering jaw is mounted on the same guideways where the saddle is positioned and moved, the jaw together with an holder and support device allow the clamping of a wide diameter variety of workpieces without changing the vice-jaws.
The machine is provided with an adjustable support used to hold the workpiece and with a full metal sheet enclosure guarding and related door .
