The Viper 2 slides freely on the rope and blocks at the slightest sign of a fall. Its extremely simple opening system means that the Viper 2 can be attached to the rope or removed from it at any location. As soon as the connecting carabiner is put back into place, the Viper 2 is locked and ready for use.
