Description

RWF Rapid Heating Chamber Furnaces are designed to operate at maximum temperatures of 1100°C or 1200°C. They feature 5, 13 or 23 liters of chamber capacity. The chamber's ceiling and both sides are covered with powerful free radiating coiled wire elements to ensure good thermal uniformity. The rigidised low thermal mass insulation ensures rapid heating. The furnaces heats to operating temperature within quarter of the time of traditional "slab" designs.

The hard ceramic hearth provides a robust base that can be removed during spillage. The vertical counter and balanced door keeps the hot door insulation away from operator. Postive break door safety switch safely isolates chamber from power supply during the opening of the door. The chamber's double skinned construction enables the fanned air flow to cool the outer case in compliance with EN61010 safety standard. The unit comes with a choice of PID controller or programmers and proves ideal for light to medium duty applications.
