Our Hydraulic Plate Bevelling Machine is designed to bevel small to medium thickness plate. The Model C25 is unique and different from traditional bevellers, due to our powerful hydraulic drive on the milling cutter using a planetary gearbox and hydraulic motor.
The Hydraulic Drive significantly increases cutting head and drive system life when compared to traditional mechanical driven plate bevelling machines. Under overload, the hydraulic drive system easily reverts to bypass mode thus relieving stress caused by accidental binding or overloading during operation. The machine can be used in a fixed position for small or short plates or mobile where large or long plates require bevelling.
The machine can be hung from a crane, fitted with wheels for rail movement or ball rollers for hard smooth surfaces. The unit, used with the crane sling option can even be hung upside down to bevel the underside edge of plates.
