Shaft mounted gears and geared motors are especially designed for universal application and can be supplied with either a solid or hollow shaft. The housings are produced from first class grey cast iron with rugged walls and inner ribbing and therefore ensure extreme torsional resistance and noise absorption. Forces are distributed through hardened helical gears produced from high quality steel with precision ground tooth profiles. These structural characteristics further reinforce optimised noise reduction.
