Description

Threaded Template Bushings – Countersunk Type (TTB) Drill-Jig Bushings An economical bushing designed for thin template jig plates from 3/64" to 3/8" thick. Bushings are held in place by a threaded Retainer Ring (order separately). Left-hand thread is self tightening during drilling to prevent the Retainer Ring from loosening. Flush contact of the Retainer Ring against the jig plate ensures perpendicular drill alignment. OD serrations prevent the bushing from rotating during drilling. Choose standard countersunk type (shown here) for flush mounting, or flanged type for installation without countersinking the jig plate. Threaded Template Bushings can be easily removed to replace or reuse. Made in USA. To order a specific standard bushing, select the basic part number below and add the desired ID drill size (as a 4-place decimal inch) on the Price & Availability screen. See Technical Information tab for Standard Drill Sizes. Standard prices apply only to bushings with a standard inch, number, letter, or metric ID size within the stated range. To complete the bushing assembly, order the matching Retainer Ring listed in the table below, which varies based on template thickness. Examples: TTB-24-.1250 Bushing with 1/8" ID (.1250) TTR-24-3 Matching Retainer Ring for 1/4" thick template Choose standard countersunk type (shown here) for flush mounting, or flanged type for installation without countersinking the jig plate.
