Casbar owns specially designed machinery automated which guarantees Backplanes manufacturing with highest standards of precission, quality and efficiency.
Casbar services includes tailored PCB design, and issues Gerber files for preplacement. It is also available test engineering service (final product, assembly, functional, etc test), prototipes or industrialization according to customer needs.
Recently, Casbar Electronic division started to manufacture energy distributors, Fan Units, and conventional assembly of backplanes with the Pick&Place system. Now, with new equipment acquired, Casbar expands the scope of the division and enables Surface Mounting, Insertion mounting or mixed mounting on different kind of layers (FR4, FR5, teflon, kapton, etc), over one or two faces from minimum pitch 0201 up to exotic compounds or even BGAS of different dimensions.
