This unit was specially designed to provide reliable energy supply protection systems for ETSI and 19’’ racks with double 48V Battery supply. Apart from the efficient energy distribution amongst different elements, this Top Rack Unit offers two main advantages in the Standard version launched these days in the market:
- Excellent dimension vs. power supply density rate. 100 mm unit has been designed for power distribution to two or four subracks, with 20 ampere capacity for each of them. In addition, a fan unit can be connected to the TRU.
- Alarms Management: Apart from by-passing from main circuit to the subracks, the TRU issues a LED alarm showing out that some incidence occurred and alternative power supply has been activated.
