Due to the reaction of its components (this foam is a mixture of polyol and isocyanate) once they get in touch with the atmosphere, Polyurethan Foam used by Casbar provides a perfect sealing over any surface.

The deposition process over the panels is electronically controlled, which guarantees a complete homogeneity. On the other side, elastomeric foam is highly flexible and its density can be adapted according to customers’ requirements. Thus, the layer will depend on each application needs of getting collapsed under the material load (for example: irregular absorption of materials to be link, vibrations absorption needs, appropriate sealing by means of foam compression, etc.)

This manufacturing line over cold enables sealing injection over any surface and material, painted, pre-treated or raw material. Due to the high compressibility of the resulting foam, it absorbs, as a cushion, all the loads.
