Corrosion resistant stainless steel triplex plunger pump CAT PUMPS

Cat Pumps® offers a wide selection of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, triplex plunger pumps. Our rugged design, high-strength compatible materials, long life and low maintenance have made them the pump of choice for SWRO desalination, chemical injection, wastewater re-injection, DI water gas turbine misting, oil processing, leachate and liquid CO2 pumping.
Our corrosion-resistant stainless steel pumps are available with a Cast or Block-Style. The liquid-end construction is in 316SS or Duplex alloy providing strength and compatibility. The reciprocating, triplex design is the most cost effective design for achieving high efficiency and low pulsation. Special flushed -K- and -C- version models permit an external flush for lubricating with low lubricity liquids and cooling with high temperature liquids.
Coordinating stainless steel system accessories including regulators, pressure relief valves and pulsation dampeners provide system pressure setting and overpressure protection. Our C.A.T. [captive acceleration tube] provides smooth, consistent inlet pressure with long feed lines and boosted inlets.
All of our stainless steel pumps are available as a custom pumping systems built to your specification. Either bare shaft pump or custom pumping system deliver flows as low as .5 GPM [1.9 lpm] up to 240 GPM [908 lpm].
