Cat Pumps® triplex piston pumps are available in five different frame sizes providing flows from 1 to 60 GPM [227 lpm] with pressures up to 1500 PSI [104 bar] . Our triplex piston pump Models include: 280, 290, 333, 430, 623, 820, 1010, 1520, 2520, 6020, 6040 with optional stainless manifold .
Our triplex piston pumps feature a mechanically actuated inlet valve providing strong suction capabilities: the UNIFLOW design using a dynamic seal that moves through a cylinder to deliver a constant flow: and our patented sleeved-piston rods providing piston rod protection and easy, on-site, low-cost wet-end servicing.
These piston pumps are ideal for multi-drop central cleaning systems, portable cleaning systems, metering, transfer and sanitizing applications.
All our triplex piston pumps are available as a custom, skid-mounted pumping systems including pressure setting and safety regulation valves and built to your specifications.
