Cat Pumps® offers an extensive line of triplex Plunger Pumps. Our plunger pumps are high pressure reciprocating, positive displacement pumps designed for pumping liquids under pressure. The triplex design offers a smooth low pulsation flow while delivering high pressure. Our triplex plunger pumps are rated from .5 [1.9 lpm] to 240 GPM [908 lpm] and pressures from 100 psi [7 bar] up to 10,000 PSI [690 bar]. All of our triplex plunger pumps are available as a custom engineered skid-mounted pumping system built to your specification.
For compatibility with a wide range of liquids, our triplex plunger pumps are available with brass, NAB, 316SS or Duplex SS liquid-end construction providing compatibility with many liquids including sea water, DI water, reclaim water, chemicals, oils, CO2, machining coolants, sanitizers, fertilizers and pesticides. Our close tolerances and 90% mechanical efficiency, heavy-duty crankshafts, high-strength connecting rods, dual bearings, exclusive design and material seals and concentric solid ceramic plungers assure dependable long lasting performance, energy efficiency and low maintenance.
Custom flushed -K- and -C- version plunger pumps permit an external flush liquid providing added lubrication with low lubricity liquids such as DI water and cooling when pumping high temperature liquids. Our pumps are ISO 9001 and ATEX certified. Our pumps are available worldwide through our extensive distributor network.
