Our micro dosing valve integrates a completely new constructive concept. The solution, consisting of dosing unit, stepper motor and control system, is able to dose sequentially the most different media with different viscosities and also with solids content with a high accuracy (repeating accuracy almost 100 %). As regards the purity of the medium to be dosed, the dosing valve leaves nothing to be desired. The medium is guided through a highly pure channel by control disks so that the chemical characteristics of the medium to be dosed remain the same both in front of and also behind the valve. Because of these characteristics the valve can be cleaned quickly thoroughly when it is installed. Continuous dosing e. g. of paint additives is also possible with this device. In addition, the dosing quantity can be adjusted exactly in a running process with the micro dosing valve according to the requirements and thus it can be varied with a high accuracy. The CATS micro dosing valve is recommended to be used in the paper, pharmaceutical and chemical industry as well as for the areas medical technology, automotive, mechanical engineering, food industry and laboratory technology.
