CDSF7-PR is a special edition of the CDSF6. To prevent the excessive spring effect of the coil, usual for the compact lines, we add a pinch-roll to pull the coil from the braking decoiler. This system is appreciated in Germany. - The CDSF7-PR is a compact line consisting of: - single motorised decoiler: work at variable speed with a loop control to guarantee a soft movement - straightener/feeder: with 2 rolls pinch-roll Ø 180 mm - Straightener station with rolls at big distance, adapted for medium width strip - 9 rolls Ø 90 mm, to guarantee the necessary planarity. - The line requires 8 meters of space. - The CDSF7-PR is the best solution in case you don't need high speed (max 90 spm) but you have few space.
