SERVO-ROLL FEEDER SRF-100 • Strip thickness until 4 mm. • The feed rollers are Ø 100 mm hardened 62 Hrc and ground with a 0.50 micron surface finish. • The lower roll is directly driven by gear box. • The upper roll is connected by 4 gears. • Speed reducer with low gap (3’ degree), ratio 1:7 for 125 m/min. or 1/10 for 90 m/min. • Pressure to the upper roller by two pneumatic cylinder Ø 100 with indipendent pressure release. • You can open the upper roll at every stroke at 150 spm with angle 50°. • The material is positioned in the feeder by 4 guides, these can be used to auto center the strip together with the ability to adjust the material off center if required. • Feed roller with 3 lower roll and 1 upper roll. • Support square with 150 mm of adjustment by manual hydraulik crick. • Brushless servomotor 8-12-15 Nm. • Digital servo driver with integrated positioning system. • Operator panel with the possibility to program 99 programs of 5 different steps repeat nr. times. • Programmable feed length from 1 mm to 999,99 mm. • Feed accuracy 0.04 mm. • Pendant control for manual commands. // Options: • Pilot release with servomotor up to 300 pulse. • Measure wheel with encoder 5000 impulses. • Synchro with the press by absolute encoder mounted on the press main shaft. • Programmable exit for drive the electrovalve 24VDC for a die selector. • Little straightener with 5 free rolls Ø 50 mm. • ZIG ZAG execution for cut the disc on different lines.
