• Strip thickness from 0.8 to 4 mm. • Support frame in welded iron pipes. • 2 rolls Ø 120 mm synchronized by a series of hardened gears. 1 deformation rolls Ø 90 mm - holded up by lower rolls with wheelbase 360 mm to deform a strip thickness of 5 mm - regulated by a handwheels. 5 lower rolls Ø 60 mm synchronized by a series of hardened gears running in oil bath - 4 upper rolls Ø 60 mm adjustable in inlet and outlet position. • The vertical displacement of the straightener is adjusted by 4 screws with 2 manually operated handwheels (optional motorised). The position of the straightening rollers is shown by two micrometer comparators.
