Pendulum impact test bench for resilience test
CEAST
Low energy pendulum machine for determining the resilience of materials following the Izod, Charpy (bars/pipes), Dynstat and Tensile Impact test methods. The potential energy available for the tests ranges from 0.5 J to 5.5 J. A ‘soft-touch’ keyboard and multi-lingual display allow the operator to input all test parameters and specimen data. An immediate readout of resilience is possible. The instrument can be connected to a PC through a serial port for data collection and statistical analysis using the dedicated CEAST software. Meets ISO, ASTM, DIN, BS and equivalent standards. The instrument is supplied with safety shields.
