PPA XL Series

Parallel Pre-Stressed Actuators PPA XL Series:
Designed by CEDRAT TECHNOLOGIES, these new models of Direct Piezo Actuators result from developments carried out under a CNES contract, the French Space Agency. PPA models are twice lighter than DPAs, with the same electromechanical properties. They are suited to dynamic applications and their compact size also makes their integration easier in mechanical assembly.
The XL Series produce displacements up to 120 µm and can generate a pushing blocked force of 7000 N.

- The PPA40XL

- The PPA80XL
is the middle size version of the Parallel Pre-stressed Actuator XL series.

- The PPA120XL
is the biggest size version of the Parallel Pre-stressed Actuator XL series.
