Burnishing plants are multi-tank machines covered by a hook and surmounted by one or more translation carts. The complete treatment generally consists of: degreasing, rinsing, pickling, rinsing, burnishing and in the end oiling or drying. The translation carts picks up the baskets containing the workpieces and convey them into the treatment tanks, generally according to the first-in first-out logic, which means that the first basket to enter is the first basket to come out. Once the production speed has been set, the plant conveys all the baskets inside the several treatment tanks step by step. Alternatives and options that may be applied to this series of machines are many and various. Here are some examples:
