This machine is designed to allow operators to easily and quickly wind coils.
Thanks to its compact dimensions it can be easily used in all work environments, but is particularly useful for installers, wholesalers and warehouse operators. This coil winder is suitable to be slid along racks.

*WHEELS: of which 2 pivoting and fitted with brake
*0110 "MEDIUM" CABLE MEASURING GAUGE: (for maximum diameters of 30 mm), sliding on ground cylindrical guides and recirculating ball steel sleeves
*6250.0900 SPOOL with removable wheel: to prepare coils with a diameter of 900 mm and a core with a diameter ranging from a minimum of 300 mm to a maximum of 500 mm, removable wheel for the extraction of coils, shaft-mounted wheel locking device for 125 and 205 mm diameter coils
*REDUCTION GEAR
*POWER SUPPLY: 220 V-50 VA
*CONTINUOUS SPEED ADJUSTMENT: by means of a potentiometer adjustable in steps from 0 to 70 rpm
*SINGLE-PHASE 50 VA INVERTER AND TRANSFORMER
*CONTROL PANEL: with main switch, enabling button, emergency stop button, lever to rotate the spool forwards/backwards, indicator lights, safety switch on mobile safety device and pedal to rotate the spool forward
*BUTTON to rotate the spool at low speed when the safety door is open in order to allow the cable coil to be tied
