Wincoater is a reciprocating sprayer for the application of water-based coatings to windows, furniture or other multi-dimensional components. By creating a pressurized, humidified environment the Wincoater is exceptionally efficient, with a higher-than 90% coatings application rate. The Wincoater also recycles excess material for re-use. The Wincoater is highly automated and simple to program. Maintenance time is also reduced is with its self-cleaning, motor-driven carbon-fiber conveyor.
