The semi-automatic workstation allows rapid, simple management of soldering or heat-treatment cycles for small to medium-sized components. Its main use is in situations with a high volume of products and where the quality and repeatability that only an automatic procedure can offer is required.

The machine consists of a workbench in aluminium fitted with a pneumatic rotating disc on which 8 supports to hold the parts to be worked can be mounted.

Assembly and the loading and unloading of parts is the responsibility of the operator, whilst the operations involving the use of the induction generator are completely automated.
