Hydraulic quick coupling CEJN

Flat-face couplings and nipples that minimize oil spillage in mobile hydraulic applications up to 25 MPa. Series X65 couplings provide “clean connections” in medium-pressure applications, such as on construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and forestry equipment, by minimizing hydraulic fluid leakage that pollutes the atmosphere and hydraulic systems in which it infiltrates.

Meeting design requirements for ISO Standard 16028, Series X65 offers:
- Flat-face design: Minimizes spillage during connection and disconnection. Smooth, flat surfaces are easily wiped clean, further reducing spillage and threat of contamination.
- One-hand operation: Makes connection and disconnection fast and easy. Coupling and nipple automatically lock into place during connection.
- Manual security-locking feature: Offers added protection against involuntary disconnection
- Two-part design: Features separate front and back sections, in order to incorporate custom rear sections or threads upon request
- Optional dust caps: Recommended for use on the coupling and nipple, when connected and disconnected, to prevent debris from entering systems.
- Useful size range: Offered in ¼-inch through 1-inch sizes, making them suitable for a wide variety of applications
