-Overcurrent capability
-Low dissipated power

2) BIPOLAR :
This technology should be prefered if low control current is needed

3) IGBT :
IGBT technology SSRs combine technical performance and price competitiveness ;
-For high voltage applications (<600VDC)
-Low dissipated power
