The economizer, is basically a gases-water heat exchanger, designed keeping in mind the particularities of its work with gases of combustion and applying the technology of the extended surfaces. The economizer, installed in a boiler, takes advantage of the residual heat of the gases of combustion, transferring it to the water feeding the boiler, and reducing the consumption of fuel improving the performance in a considerable way.

The economizer contains two circuits:

WATER CIRCUIT

It is a tube bundle joined by means of steel elbows welded to the pipes. The circuit also contains two lateral collectors, one for the inlet and distribution of the water and the other for the outlet.

GASES CIRCUIT

Crosscurrent of the water circuit we have a gases circuit, made with a framework in stainless steel plate and hot rolled shape, designed for an interior pressure of the gases of 50 Kg/cm2
