This is so that all the variable speed drive applications can be covered. The D.C. motor designs come with the latest in technology. They have been developed and also optimized by using FEM/ Flux plotting techniques. This allows the possibility of maximum torque per kg material used. There are critical facilities like commutator, shaft grinding on CNC, etc., that can be monitored and tested to guarantee that the individual motor satisfy rigid performance parameters.
