Chain-guide: EP 1000 (PE-UHMW) green is a thermoplastic material with a very high molecular weight, whose main features are:
- a good wear resistance
- a low coefficient of friction
- a very low permeability
- an excellent resistance to the chemical agents
- a low unit weight
- an application temperature between -50°C/+ 70 °C
Beyond the EP 1000, we propose also other type of EP who can be used, on request,
for special applications: EP 1000 black (same characteristics as the green); EP 1000 naturalness
(same mechanical characteristics as the green, standards FDA); Anti-static EP 1000 black; EP 1000 charged
oil...
Other matters: If the application does not allow the use of the PE1000, we can carry out the parts
with following materials: Polymerized Pa 6, POM, PTFE, e.a.
