Aluminum linear guide rail

This linear rail is made of anodised aluminium profile. Its length is made according to customer's design.
It includes either aluminium runner AL40 or AL41.
Slim, its sliding action is smooth. Each runner has a load capacity of 5kg. Increasing the number of runner increases the load by the same factor.
It is designed for light duty loads where room to locate the slide is minimal.
This linear rail is designed for very light duty applications, such as small hoods or keyboards. Its light weight makes it suitable for aerospace usages.
Caution : this linear rail is not suitable for tourque loadinsgs, for best performance position load evenly between two or more rail and carriers.
Caution : aluminium guides are not designed for intensively cycling use.
Caution : due to the slim profile of this slide to avoid excess friction we recommended that it is used only in its major axis.
Chambrelan produces this linear rail from anodised aluminium profile.
The runner is assembled with steel ball bearings, slightly greased with a high pressure ball bearing grease.
The runner is hard anodised.
