Heavy duty linear guide rail

CHAMBRELAN
This linear rail is made of zinc plated steel profile. Its length is made according to customer's design.
It includes either steel runner G52 or G54, hardened with a nitruration.
Slim, its sliding action is smooth. Each runner has a load capacity of 150kg for the G52 or 250kg for the G54. Increasing the number of runner increases the load by the same factor.
It is designed for heavy duty loads where room to locate the slide is minimal.
This linear rail is designed for heavy duty applications, such as large hoods or reinforced access doors.
Recommended operation temperature from -20 to 100°C
Caution : this linear rail is not suitable for tourque loadinsgs, for best performance position load evenly between two or more rail and carriers.
Chambrelan produces this linear rail from cold drawn steel profile.
The rail is delivered white zinc plated, of an average thickness of 12 microns, which offers a remarkable resistance to corrosion.
The runner is assembled with steel ball bearings, slightly greased with a high pressure ball bearing grease.
The runner is nitrurated.
