Light duty linear guide rail

CHAMBRELAN
This linear rail is made of zinc plated steel profile. Its length is made according to customer's design.
It includes either steel runner G40 or G41, hardened with a nitruration.
Very slim, its movement is smooth. Each runner will carry a load of 15kg for the G41 or 20kg for the G40. Increasing the number of runner will increase the load by the same factor.
It is designed for light duty loads where room to locate the slide is minimal.
This linear rail is designed for light duty applications, such as hoods, small protecting doors on machines.
Recommended operation temperature from -20 to 100°C
Caution : due to the slim profile of this slide to avoid excess friction we recommended that it is used only in its major axis.
Caution : this linear rail is not suitable for tourque loadinsgs, for best performance position load evenly between two or more rail and carriers.

The rail is delivered white zinc plated, of an average thickness of 12 microns, which offers a remarkable resistance to corrosion.
The runner is assembled with steel ball bearings, slightly greased with a high pressure ball bearing grease.
The runner is nitrurated.
