Description
The updated zinc plating is suitable for applications exposed to light corrosion. The enhanced plating has one constant appearance, and has replaced the yellow and blue chromated versions previously available, providing similar optimum levels of corrosion resistance.
Each part of the unit is plated prior to assembly, and its chain is enhanced for sufficient wear resistance under common loads. The chain features a hexavalent chrome-free operation, it also features 250-hour corrosion protection during salt spray tests, according to DIN 50021.
It is cold extruded, with a solid bush and roller to deliver maximum Renold performance. Plates and rollers shot peened to the user's accurate demands.
