Roller bearings can be easily installed and detached, even with heavy equipment. The bearings can stand a heavy load due to its line contact and radial load capacity. Fast operation processes are ensured by the low friction coefficient. This feature also results in a speed limit that is close to the deep groove ball bearings. N- and NU-type units can move axially and adapt to errors caused by thermal expansion or installation of the shaft. Machining processes are higher on the shaft and housing bore to avoid exposure to stress concentration. The bearings are primarily used for large motors, machine tool spindles, front and rear of the engine bearings, shaft support of rail passenger cars, diesel engine crankshafts, automobile and tractor transmission, and other applications.
