SOFT-SHIELD 4850 UL 94V-0 Rated - Multi-planar conductive Z axis foam EMI gaskets represent Chomerics newest innovation in soft foam based EMI shielding technology. The unique integration of electrically conductive fibers into low density foam provides the basis for a performance driven, cost effective EMI shielding solution. Soft-Shield® 4850 is manufactured in rolls and is easily converted into product forms applicable for I/O panels, backplanes, connectors, access panels along with rectangular/ square strip gasket seals. Through the optimization of conductive fiber construction, loading and dispersion within the foam matrix, Soft-Shield 4850 provides superb Z axis conductivity with extremely short ground paths. Since the integrity of the base foam is uncompromised, Soft-Shield 4850 offers exceptional physical and mechanical properties.

SOFT-SHIELD® 5000 Conductive Fabric over Foam Gaskets
SOFT-SHIELD® 5000 commercial-grade EMI gaskets are designed for shielding and grounding in today's commercial electronic enclosures. They consist of an electrically conductive fabric jacket over a highly compressible urethane foam core. Nickel-plated-silver, woven nylon rip-stop jacket is self-terminating when cut. A broad range of highly compressible profiles are available as strips or kiss-cut parts, in both UL 94V-0 and General Duty versions. Pressure-sensitive adhesive attachment tape is provided standard for easy application.
