heaters designed with sheated heating
elements which are bent as curved
frame before casting in aluminium or
even in aluminium-bronze for highest
temperature.
Supplied as 2 rigid coupled shells, very
robust and with a very good
homogeneity of temperature, these
heaters can receive an additional cooling
device which allows to correct the
resulting temperature when processes
can become exothermic during some
phases of running.
This cooling can be made by :
- a hollow tubular casted frame, in
which a fluid (water/oil) can flow and
be cooled by an outer device.
- by casted fins on the outer wall of
the shells.
These fins can be covered by a casing,
with inlet and outlet for coupling with
external source of air.
As an option, this variation can be
supplied with a built-in fan.
