Method for coding, verification and storing of Datamatrix codes on pharmaceutical cases. The proposed solution allows to manage up to 200 cases per minute, depending on the information to be displayed and on the sizes of the cases.
Method composed of:
- Conveyor belt completed with accessories to stabilize product during the coding process.
- High resolution ink-jet coder based on HP printing technology for the printing of Datamatrix code.
- 2D imager for the code reading, completed with air blow ejector.
- Touch screen industrial PC equipped with software to manage cases trackability.
Optional accessories:
- Thermal transfer printer to print summary labels on the secondary packaging.
- Extra software module to label pallets in output.
- 2D scanner for manual operations of second reading, modification or deletion of Datamatrix code.
